A neighbour-first response, built across borders.
Hands Across Europe began in 2019 as a small network of volunteers responding to rising food insecurity in three European cities. Today, we partner with 40+ local organisations to deliver essentials, dignity, and long-term support to families navigating crisis.
We focus on the people most overlooked by traditional aid — single parents, elderly neighbours, displaced families, and youth without a safety net. Our model is simple: local teams, transparent budgets, and rapid response.
The need is urgent and growing. Energy costs, displacement, and rising inflation mean more families than ever rely on community aid this winter.
